I've been very busy showing my listings over the past few weeks and I have two properties currently pending and I've had a few low ball offers that didn't go anywhere. The fall market has typically been good and this year seems to hold true to that tradition. Hopefully the recession is ending and the country will be on the up swing. Interest rates for mortgages yesterday were at 5%, its a great time to buy!
